Isolation means when we are alone and feeling lonely ,sad , boring things piles up just like we are being isolated from few weeks. 

Solitude means when we are alone but by choice and feeling happy to be alone leaving the madness of world behind .It is positive in sense as you give the most wonderful company to yourself i.e you are with your on body ,mind and soul.

Then what we can do to transform this negative feeling of loneliness to the positive one so that we feel happy and productive in ourselves.

  1. learn a language : Apart from our mother tongue we can make command on other language and polish that skill .like you can learn French , Japanese , Spanish and practice british or american accent of english .
