  • eat good healthy fresh food 
  • enough 7-8 hours sleep 
  • exercise regularly 
  • practice yoga and meditation ( breathing techniques , set of Surya namashkar and 10-15 minutes yogasanas proves good or body as well mind )



Breath : Every emotion we experience trigger breathing pattern .positive emotion are typically associated with long breaths and negative emotion trigger short ,shallow breaths .some control over breathing helps maintain a sense of calmness in adverse situations .this is the essence of pranayama .

Mind : the mind is what we use to experience the universe around us .the mind is incredibly powerful at manifesting things you want .
it is very innocent and latch on the most powerful words and manifest that for you .it actually create the situations around you that will happen .So  realease the apt intention and say positive affirmations to you .

Intellect : This is the decision making faculty that judges and discriminates .It also go into doubt mode when there is a stress and all good judgments goes for a toss. this can hamper the ability and chances of success .So stay stress free by attaining good habits like reading , walk ,jog ,running .yoga ,exercise , listens to music and stay relaxed by other means as well to manage your stress.

Ego : The sense of "I" that you have . A healthy ego is inclusive and loves to succeed along with others ,learn from failure and mistakes, make you feel big and generous .this ego likes to give credit to others and takes responsibility when things go wrong ,never play blame game .And just opposite to it is the negative ego that make u feel small , jealous ,blaming others and you will hardly smile builds stress .
