uff this quarantine !
This quarantine would have created the boredom in your life .
lets convert this feeling of loneliness into the enthusiasm.
Isolation means when we are alone and feeling lonely ,sad , boring things piles up just like we are being isolated from few weeks.
Solitude means when we are alone but by choice and feeling happy to be alone leaving the madness of world behind .It is positive in sense as you give the most wonderful company to yourself i.e you are with your on body ,mind and soul.
Then what we can do to transform this negative feeling of loneliness to the positive one so that we feel happy and productive in ourselves.
- learn a language : Apart from our mother tongue we can make command on other language and polish that skill .like you can learn French , Japanese , Spanish and practice british or american accent of english . Surely this skill of multilingual make you stand out of the queue .
- take out your hidden creative side : Get up and do something amazing and enjoy doing that .Try new recipes and enjoy baking while listening songs, pick your drawing kit with variety of colours ,sketches ,paint and create drawings and paintings . you can look tutorials and practice new hairstyles so that when your work routine starts you could look elegant with new styles . And more interesting is dance on little loud music ; this will be giving you dual benefits one mood changer and another is little workout .
- practice mindfulness : This will make you aware about yourself .Meditate for at least 10 minutes everyday and this consistency would pay you tremendous benefits.Become aware of your breathe .
- deeper analysis of yourself : I think that you will not get that best chance like this to do your swot analysis . Find out your strengths , workout on your weakness ,identity the opportunities and work on it .
- develop good habits that would pay you later : One of the best habit is reading .Reading of not course books if you are a student but read comics ,self improvement books , fiction -non fiction stories ,romantic novels etc and u can get these as audio books or e books .habit of practicing yogasans and exercise will keep you it and young .
- start a new hobby : Good time to engage yourself into something cool and relaxing like craft work , quilling , paper art you can make best out o waste and create and artistic decorating piece ,origami ,nail art ,sketching and juggling for fun and balancing ,doodling.
- make your own collection corner : You can get into the collection of may be stamp collecting ,paper cuttings ,own journal like self journal ,travel journal ,fitness journal ,fashion journal etc
- listening to the podcast : You can entertain yourself by listening to podcasts like the american life ,literary friction and other best podcasts on spotify or ganna like stuff you should know ,psychology etc
- love and care yourself: You are the most important and worthy person in your life .Your body is the only partner who stays with you in every situation and by the end end o the day you are all alone with your feelings so u should also hug yourself so tightly and say to yourself that you are the best one .Treat yourself first with intense love and care the comes to other people .Respect your self , your body ,your emotions and understand your feelings .

so enjoy this isolation by converting it into solitude .
